Job Description An international hosting and infrastructure provider is looking for a Network Support Engineer (NOC) to join our team and help maintain a reliable global network infrastructure while providing technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot complex networking issues, collaborate with internal teams and external providers, and participate in the daily operation of our production network. This position requires good analytical skills, hands-on networking experience, and the ability to communicate with customers in English via a ticketing system.
