About the Role Chime's Growth Engineering team is focused on building product experiences that directly move business metrics and help millions of people achieve financial progress. As a full stack Growth Engineer, you'll work across the stack - React and TypeScript on the front end, Rails and Go services behind it - to build features that drive member growth at Chime. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, data science, marketing, and analytics to experiment rapidly, drive measurable outcomes, and scale impactful solutions. This role is perfect for engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments, want to help define new products or experiments, and are passionate about helping Chime grow faster and smarter. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,000 and up to $184,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
