Your mission Own the execution of next-generation defense technology within our power systems. As a Project Manager for the Battery Integrated Project Team (IPT) at STARK, you are the engine room of our critical power and battery development programs. You don’t just track progress; you drive it. Officially anchored within the central PMO and reporting directly to the Lead PMO, you will be functionally embedded within the Battery IPT, working hand-in-glove with the Battery Team Lead. You will lead cross-functional alignment of engineers, supply chain experts, and external partners to deliver mission-ready battery systems on time and on spec. You bridge the gap between complex electrical and hardware engineering, PMO standards, and strategic mission requirements. This role is for a high-performer who understands the urgency of the current security landscape and can lead through complexity with a steady hand. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead Program Execution: End-to-end responsibility for Battery IPT workstreams. You define milestones, manage budgets, and ensure that technical requirements translate into operational reality. Matrix Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration between the Battery IPT, wider engineering teams, production, and the central PMO.
