ABOUT THE ROLE: Aviatrix Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) delivers the intelligence, advanced network and security services of Aviatrix’s multi-cloud network platform as a managed offering. We are seeking a hands-on Principal Engineer TL/M - Software Development to join our PaaS team. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers while also contributing to technical execution — defining designs, driving key features, and writing code alongside your team. You will balance engineering leadership with individual technical contributions, owning both people management responsibilities and product components. This is a Tech Lead/Manager (TL/M) role built for a builder who wants to grow as a people leader without leaving the craft behind. Position Responsibilities Define and drive next-generation designs for complex distributed systems using Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), contributing directly to code and architecture alongside your team.
