This isn't just another SDR role. Dev build cold calling into one of our strongest GTM channels. You'll work directly with GTM leadership to design messaging, improve call strategies, and create a repeatable outbound engine that consistently generates qualified pipeline. Dev . Make high-quality outbound calls to founders, sales leaders, marketing leaders, and GTM teams at developer-first companies. Generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team through strategic outbound prospecting. Research accounts before every call and personalize conversations using Reo's own intent and developer signals. Handle objections confidently and uncover pain points instead of relying on scripts.
