Amazon's last-mile delivery network relies on thousands of independent Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)- small businesses whose drivers deliver packages to customers every day. We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to shape the technical direction of the platforms that support the full driver journey: from onboarding and qualification to communication, recognition, and the tools DSP owners use to manage and grow their teams.<br/><br/>In this role, you will own the architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineering teams. You will lead large, cross-team initiatives from concept to production, design scalable distributed systems, and drive operational excellence across a global, regulated domain spanning 20+ countries.
